Procurence was founded because existing tools failed to support how procurement and supply chain risk management actually work in practice. As consultants, we repeatedly found ourselves relying on spreadsheets to implement critical supplier, quality, and risk processes - gaining flexibility, but losing transparency, security and collaboration. Instead of accepting fragmented tools and manual workarounds, we decided to build software that reflects real-world processes. Our vision is to provide procurement, quality, risk and compliance teams with intuitive, business-oriented solutions that create transparency across supplier bases, reduce supply chain risk and support better decisions. We believe that software should adapt to organizational realities, not the other way around. That belief continues to guide how we design, develop, and evolve Procurence.
